NJ FSNE consists of the Food Stamp Nutrition Education Program (FSNEP) and the Food Stamp Nutrition Education Network (the Network). Both are headquartered in the Department of Nutritional Sciences at Rutgers School of Environmental and Biological Sciences. NJ FSNE and this website are designed to support nutrition education to limited resource audiences throughout New Jersey. This website was funded by USDA's Food Stamp Program.
FSNEP is a Cooperative Extension Program aimed at improving nutrition and increasing physical activity among Food Stamp eligible audiences. This is accomplished via education provided by community-based projects. The FSNEP portion of the website consists of:
